Suggest Treatment For Tender Spot At Base Of Skull Along With Itchy Lump On Head

I have a sore spot at the base of my skull and a large lump that is itchy and swollen further up on my head. The spot that is sore has been like this for 3 days. The large lump started out as a small lump that I though was a pimple, These are very tender and sore. I have taken ibprophin, Tylenol, aspirin, etc. None of them seem to help.
