Suggest Treatment For Tendinitis

I had double knee replacements in February,2014. Have had tendinitis off and on, more on than off, since June. I have Afib and i m on Flicainde 50mg and Eliquis 5mg 2x s a day. What can i do for pain besides Tylenol, which doesn t help, and what can I do to cure the tendinitis?
