Suggest Treatment For Testicular Pain While Having Fatty Liver

Sir, I had pain in my upper side of left testacle.

my ultrasound report shows kidney and lever size is o.k. but mild fatty change in lever.

Whenever , I bent to sit to urinate then I feel a mild pain towards my left testacle and a vein nearby it.
