exual health im all clean with s.t.i just im having concerns with my ejaculations i have a pretty active sex life with my girlfriend and i have noticed that i do not ejaculate normally instead it seems to just gently run out of penis with no sence of pressure and sometimes i feel my self ejaculate when i do not have the feel i need to and finding that my testical always seem swollen i have dealt with this for some years now but is starting to bothering me now and me and my girlfriend have never used a condom eaither and she doesnt seem to be showing any signs of getting pregnant at all is there any reason for concern..?
