Suggest Treatment For The Burn Mark On My Face

I have a burn mark on my face caused by Jolen bleaching agent. It has left a dark pigementation on the upper lip and chin areas. Would a chemical peel or Cosmelan/Amelan treatment work



I am 30 years old (the burn is from about 2 years ago). My weight is approx 6 stone 10 pounds and i have SLE/Lupus (i am taking prednisolone and Azathroprine for this condition so my skin on my face is slightly thinner as a result of my medication)
