Suggest Treatment For The Cramps After Miscarriage

hello doctor, my girlfriend had an abortion last thursday, and has been having very bad cramping since. the cramps come and go but almost always come during the night towards the area to the right above her genitals. She wasn't bleeding so much the first 2 days but has been bleeding very heavily since. a pad every 2 hours or so.please can you advice.
