Suggest Treatment For The Cut In My Foreskin

hello sir/madam,
i am 23 years male.two months back while masturbating i did it a bit hard.crack or a kind of cut appeared near the joint of foreskin and my penis head.i stopped masturbating and kept checking my penis..but after one week very pale(almost white) spots started appearing at the tip of foreskin.first only two tiny white spots formed at the tip of foreskin.i thought it was because of healing.i started masturbating after a month but now one problem started.almost 80% of curcumference of tip of my foreskin has gone pale.and wen i push my foreskin back blood appears at point where it was cut first time.also, my upper foreskin did not go back fully as before.penis head is fully visible but i could see difference from before.upper foreskin feels like getting thick..so i have stopped everything and i am very worried abt this..plz help
