Suggest Treatment For The Cuts On Lips

Hi, I have lines above my lips, sort of like cuts. They don't bleed anymore like they used to, but they are still red and peel once in a while. I've had them for about 4 years and I've been to the dermatolgist and no medicine has helped. Any suggestions?
