Suggest Treatment For The Following Thyroid Ultrasound Result

I just had an ultrasound of thyroid and findings of right lobe were 6.3x4.4xx4.4 and left lobe 4.9x2.2x1.3cm in greatest craniocaudal, anteroposterior and transverse dimensions respectively with the isthmus measuring 3mm. Echo texture of the gland is diffusely heterogeneous. There are 2 dominant nodules in the right thyroid lobe with the largest measuring 5.2cm with calcification stable. There is a smaller 1cm hypoechoic solid nodule superior stable.in the left thyroid lobe there is a 16 mm hypoechoic solid nodule. Biopsies of right nodule done in 2002 with findings being benign. What is your thoughts on this. My thyroxin shows normal in my blood and I have never had any treatment.
