Suggest Treatment For The Pain In The Lower Pelvic Region

I am female, I have aching pains across my buttocks almost as cramp will develop in all of my lower pelvic region. it is uncomfortable to sit, worse after phyisical activaty, some days no symptons at all, toilet/ bladder normal. Does not disrupt sleep.
