Suggest Treatment For The Pain Near C-section Scar

I'm 24, @ 21 I had a difficult pregnancy with conjoined twins we had a very rare surgery in the Cincinnati childrens hospital to say goodbye to one. The other was delivered via c-section, she was born with hemifacial microsomia, no one knows what the cause (surgery vs. Conjoined) my menstrual cycle was normal until 7 months ago maybe longer, I've lost track. I have no insurance and don't qualify for state coverage. I have during this lack of menstrual cycle, experienced increasing pain very near the right side of the c-section scar and right ovary. It has gotten so bad lately, if I braze the exterior region it causes me pain. The pain has become relentless as of late whereas it used to come and go. I'm worried I don't know what to do and a non insurance covered er visit is going to be insane. Please offer and advice.
