Suggest Treatment For The Soiling Of Foot Due To Cuts

My sister is of twenty five years age. Almost five years ago, she had a cut in her left foot. Then she was washing something. So her foot absorbed the water & soiled upto twice of its size. We took her to the doctor. Doctor made 9 cuts on her ankle & feet, on her foot veins. She can walk, she can run. She is all the time active. But soiling is still there. Please suggest something. Even the cuts are so prominent.
