Suggest Treatment For Thick Skin Patch Near Little Toe

Hi , I have for a while like years been seeing this white thick skin between my pinky toe and now last year it started showing on my toe beside the pinky, it itches and its very thick i peel it off but it seems to never go away..it bleeds so i have stop pleeling it but im concern ,\, what could this be?it seems to be growing deep down further between the pinky toe now?could this cause my toe to be removed?
