Suggest Treatment For Thickened Endometrium

hi!my mother is 57years old,one day she had little bleeding and got tests done,and has found 3 fibroids and endometrial thickness measures 6.4mm,her pap report is normal with normal uterus and ovary size,now doctor has advised her to have endometrial test,i m worried for her, is there any chnaces of her having cancer?
