Suggest Treatment For Thickening Of Eyebrows Due To Stiches

hey, i'm a 17 year old boy,i had 6 stitches around 8 months ago or so on my right eyebrow from falling down, but ever since then it sort of looks like that eyebrow is always a little fatter than my other one and makes it look like i have sort of a droopy or lazy eye whatever you wanna call it, is there any way i can get rid of that? because it really bugs me sometimes and makes me not wanna make direct eye contact with people because i get embarrased..
