Suggest Treatment For Thikening Of Tip Of Nose With While Fluid In It

About 9 months ago I noticed I had a few sebacous filaments on my nose and I squeezed them and I started to get more and I kept squeezing them antd then the skin on my nose tip thickened and looked like it had a white fluid under it, I also have large pores I have ben to the doctors twice in the past 9 month and I thought it was some kind of bacterial infection so the doctor gave me an antibiotic called doxycycline, it didn't work and recently I noticed I an losing hair all over my head also I have white flakes all over my scalp none of myy brothers have this,I am 17 years old. Whatt could this be? What treatmant could i consider?
