Suggest Treatment For Thinning Of Hair And Vitiligo

i have dry rough curl frizz type of hair i tried every thing coconut oil castor oil tried shampoo n conditioner of loreal,sunsilk,pantene n nw using dove my hairs were thick but nw starts thining n ever there lenght nt increasing my hairs r up to shoulder. i want hairs to be thick again n starts growing faster plz help me out i m too worried n i have vitligo skin problem i was treated wd some doctor but his treatment was nt dat effective even every body said this skin problem will nt be cure can u help in in dat too will b thank ful
