Suggest Treatment For Thinning Of Hair

i am a 42 yr old woman and have been losing my hair since august last year, i used to have very thick hair but my hair has been thinning rapidly and is noticably thinning on the top of my scalp, i had blood tests done and a full blood count it said i was anaemic, my ferritin level was 5, i have been on iron tablets ferrous sulphate since then, i have recently had blood tests again which came out normal my blood level was 25, i am still taking the iron tablets and i have just bought a hair supplement called vivascal to see if that will help, i am very worried that i am going to lose all my hair
