Suggest Treatment For Thinning Of Hair

I have oily scalp and very fine hair as a result i wash it every 3 days. I have noticed thinning of my hair in the crown region.Recently i changed to l'oreal Volume expand shampoo. What should i do to stop the thinning?Plz suggest.
