Suggest Treatment For Thinning Of Hair

hi i am a 23 year old male and it looks as though i am starting to experience male pattern baldness but this has only occured since i shaved my hair off and since my hair has started growing back it looks as though its thinning and my scalp is constantly sore and ichy, can you please help
