Suggest Treatment For Thoracic Impingement Causing Severe Sciatica

Hello! Yes please if you could. I live with severe pain. I have chronic poly-fibro-neuropathy on top of my DDD, my C5, C6 fusion, impingement that is causing numbness and weakness in my right upper extremities. I have a thoracic impingement causing severe sciatica. I have not felt any relief with any injections in my spine and the Doc who did it stated that because the first one didn t help he didn t know what else he could do for me. My body feels like it s on fire constantly and it took 3 docs and 3 specialist to find out that I had neuropathy. I need some answers for something. Thank you
