Suggest Treatment For Thorwaldt Cyst In Sinus

I had an MRI and the results showed that I have a Thorwaldt Cyst. I have looked into and know the area that these cysts are located. The MRI also showed some polyps and other cysts in other sinuses. I am seeing a ENT this week. The initial reason I had the MRI was recurring headaches that are responsive to anti-inflamatory, NSAIDS, etc. What is the typical treatment for these kinds of sinus problems?
