Suggest Treatment For Throat And Chest Infection

I have been sick with I dont know what for the past few days. I know it started out as alergies (which I have never had before) and then progressed from there. At the moment I feel like some one is pushing on my chest and I also feel like I have water sitting in the middle of my throat. When I cough it doesnt sound like anything is breaking up and no matter how hard I try I still feel like I asparated water. I went to our schools health center but they didnt really check to see if I had anything. I also have a tendancy to feel dizzy, have random aches in my chest and head, and I also feel like my eyes are going off on their own and I loose focus for a second. Does anyone know or have a guess to what I have?
