Suggest Treatment For Throat Infection With Sores And White Buildup In Throat

I have a throat infection with sores and white split builtup at back of my throat for 4 months now.

My left ear canal has swelled up and right cheek has frozen blood, heaviness and numbness kind of irritation and right ear upper lobe has crawling kind of feeling for 4 months.
Doctor blamed nose for that and recommend nose surgery and other doctor recommend ear surgery but nose has no problem. i have H.pylori .. thanks for help
