Suggest Treatment For Throat Infection

I am going through throat infection, I feel when I eat antibiotic I suffer from loos motion or diahera, my Dr.suggest Rinifol, Is it going to work. Right now I am taking Levomac+Azithromycin. Is there any chances of motion if yes pls suggest me medicine
