Suggest Treatment For Throat Infection

Hi I am 25 years old. I have problem with my TONSIL's. Often and while they are swelling. I consulted the doctor. She suggested me to take the operation. But the issue is when i am around cigerate smoke or some dust i feel that my throat is almost close. At that taking any thing even water at first sip i feel some difficulty. I assumed i was attacked by the CANCER. then i had taken the tests and they confirmed that there is some infection. Even though i am taking many more antibiatics which are adviced by the doctors there is no difference i had observed. Can you plz advice me on this?

Are you recommend me for tonsolity operation at this AGE(25).
