Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain After Talking And Swollen Sinuses

My throat hurts when I lay down or talk for long periods of time. Feels like a lump is in it and mucus is in my throat also. I just started using flonase last week due to swollen sinuses and nasal drip..... what may be causing my throat to feel this way?
