Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain And Cough

haiii good greetings for the last one week i had mild running nose and throat pain .first it tart with pain on left side of my throat and then it spread to right side and also i have cough (dry) more during night and i started augmentin antibiotic .also i had ting red spots and black spots on my hard palate .for me i had the same complaint every month.so please tell me what this is and what is the reason for illness every month
