Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain, Diarrhea And Low Grade Fever

My daughter is 9. She is running a low grade fever, but complaining her throat is hurting severely bad and has diarrhea. She has not been sick in about 3 years and talks non-stop so I know she is really not feeling well. There is no pockets in her throat and it does not seem to be severely swollen. We are in a gap in new insurance so I am hoping she does not need antibiotics. I have had her gargle warm salt water (what your school nurse would have you do).
