Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain, Nausea And Larynxitis

Hi, I am Sounik, 23 yrs old.I have a history of developing acute phyrnxitis two times a year during season change. This happens from i was a child. The throat pain comes with lotes of cough, nausea and larynxitis. I can t speak properly for days, and my academic work suffers due to drowsiness. My inquisition is to find a permanent relief using any means involving minimum antibiotics. Thank You
