Suggest Treatment For Throbbing Pain And Light Headedness After Hitting Head

ive wacked my head off the ground last night when my boyfriend accidentally dropped me from waist hieght, now 2day my head is throbbing, and i feel alittle light headed also when i was blowing my nose blood came out with a yellow colour. i was wondering should i go to my nearest A&E or just make a doctors appointment tomorro?
