When I was little I ran with a whistle in my mouth and tripped, it stabbed the roof of my mouth and ever since the scar tissue becomes quite painful when I suck on hard lollies. The last couple of days it has been throbbing and sensitive to touch without any irritation. It s happened in sync with a head cold. Could the 2 be related and is there anything I can do to reduce the pain in my mouth?
