Suggest Treatment For Throbbing Pain In Head

Hello Doctor, I'm Shaa and I'm 19. may i ask, why does my head hurt like there's a throbbing effect when i'm running or i feel it at a more after i run. A little background of myself, I used to be a track and field runner but i've stopped due to the lack of discipline to continue my routine run. And when I tried running again, my head hurts on the inside. Help me, I wanna get rid of it because it's uncomfortable and I don't want this to affect my attitude towards running again.
