Suggest Treatment For Throbbing Pain While Bending My Leg

hi im j iwas kicked in the side ofthe knee 2day and hit the floor at first it felt like my knee had snapped the pain was that bad but after about 1min the pain reduced a lot it has not swallen alot and have bin able to walk on it with a lil pain but now about 8 hours later its realy sore and im just lying down and when i bend my leg to move i get a throbbing pain which hurts a lot and can only rly bend it when i relax my leg and do it by hand put can still walk with a bit of pain when i get up can i have sum advice please (maybe a diagnosis)
