Suggest Treatment For Thrush Having Swelling And Inflammation

I have had thrush like symptoms (not itching and no discharge). I have had 2 lots of fluconazole, cream applicators, and now oral nizoral tablets (commenced over a week ago). My issue is, I have sensation of it being swollen, inflamed and the outside burns when I void. It's very uncomfortable and I'm sore. I don't know what to try to make it feel better. I've tried nappy rash creams and even clindamyacin with little success. Please help as it's killing me. Dr seems to think it's thrush - but thrush treatment is not providing any relief. what do I do??????
