Suggest Treatment For Thrush

hi i have noticed that i get thrush just before my period over last 3-4 months its very painful and stops me from sleeping as it hurts :( what can i do to make it better over the months i have tried the pessery, cream and tablet from the doc but what can i do to get rid of it altogether?
