Suggest Treatment For Tick Bite

I may have left a tick’s head in me, but can’t tell. If I email pics would you be able to tell? I heated a needle and tried to poke it out, but I started bleeding so I stopped. I don’t have insurance and can’t afford to waste money for a local dr. visit.
