Suggest Treatment For Tickling Feeling In Throat, Tightness In Chest And Fatigue

I've had this tickle in my throat for 7 weeks now..Slight coughing..moreso just feels like a little mucus that comes out when i clear my throat. My chest feels a little tight, but not bad. I don't feel a rattle. It went away after about 4 weeks and then it came back. I used to stay up coughing, but i don't anymore..its just a little tickle cough with a little colorless flem. I am having anxiety because i wonder if i have pnemonia and don't know it? I'm a little tired too. I started taking B12/Folate losenge lately and wonder if that is causing it. I'm trying to get pregnant, so i've been on a lot of stuff like that, plus mucinex and B6. Just curious if you think its something i should check on?
