Suggest Treatment For Tight Foreskin And No Retraction

im 15 and my wen im erect my foreskin doesnt retract, at all , iv tried pulin it back a little each day but that did nothing, should i go see someone to get some sort of cure because im goin to become sexually active very shortly and im nervous it will hurt? cheers
