Suggest Treatment For Tight Foreskin

Hi doctor, i am 29 /m , i have a tight foreskin issue , i am facing this problem since past 3 years, i cannot able to pull my skin properly if my penis is erect , also due to which i had problem of red and itichy head of penis , i am washing it properly now not much of itching problem but red mark is still their . please help and advice what can be done.
