Suggest Treatment For Tightened Muscle In Face

hi, i have a doctors appointment booked in a couple of weeks, but i am suffering from a tightened muscle in my face, left hand side from cheek to lip, it feels like sinus but i dont think it is, i can feel that the muscle is swollen and causing a lot of discomfort and lack of sleep. it twitches from time to time a feel like it is being tensed against my will
