Suggest Treatment For Tightness In Chest After Inhaling Porcelain Dust

Hi, I was working in a very small basement cutting porcelain dust without hardly any ventilation for a whole day a good few years back. There was so much does that I could hardly see at times. For two weeks after my lungs were really hurting and now after 5 years I still feel a tightness in my chest especially after I have worked in a dusty environment where I have had low exposure.
