Suggest Treatment For Tightness In The Penis Foreskin

Hello doctor,im 24 yrs old guy . I masturbate since past 10years . But recently i noticed tat the foreskin doesn't roll behind .Also i masturbate lying on bed rubbing my penis on the mattress is it Ok. Pls tell me whether i need to go for circumcision or the problem gets solved by medication
