Suggest Treatment For Tinea Capitis

I think I maybe suffering from Tinea Capitis, there is a solitary patch at the the back of my head. I was prescribed Daktacort, and have also been told to use Aloe Vera to treat it. So far I can't see any improvement. What else can I use for it to go away?
