Suggest Treatment For Tinea Pedis Infection Of Feet

im 28 have tinea on my feet because i work 12 hour days in heavy work boots in 40degree heat celceuis and was wodering if it is possible for it to spread to your foreskin because i have something there that seems like thrush redness and skin flaking off even through i regualry keep clean and have had muiltple checks for stds but they have all come up negative
