Suggest Treatment For Tinea Versicolor With Itchy Pigments

Hi, I am 23 years old,i live in islamabad, i am having (TINEA VERSICOLOR) from last 8 years , i have these pigments on my arms , underarms , chest , neck, shoulders and back. In winter its ok , but in summer these pigments increases and i suffer itching which get worse as temperature increases or i start swetting.
I have consulted some doctors, they prescribed me ZOLANIX capsules and a lotion i forgot its name.It worked for the time being but later on same situation happens.kindly tell me is there any permanent solution for this , or suggest me a better cure.
