Suggest Treatment For Tinging Senstaion In Lower Left Part Of Abdomen

I have twinge sensation in lower left abdomen feels like air is trapped when I wee it tends to twinge then, no really pain but little uncomfortable I m a male 35 years old, I go to the toilet normal and seems fine sometimes when I pass stools the stools can be hard and painful, other than that in the past have had lower abdomen pains aching pains more then anything, but don t know if it s the cause of me straining
