Suggest Treatment For Tingling And Burning Sensation In Testicle After Recovering From UTI

Hi sir I am 24 year old male...had fever chills n uti 2 weeks back .1 week I was in hospital n got treatment. uti was due to e coli...pyrexia of unknown origin with urinary tract infection is mentioned on discharge letter...this is 4th time I had fever since December 2014.I was admitted in feb 2014 for febrile illness.now after recovering from uti I have tingling n burning sensation in my left testis ..pls help me
