Suggest Treatment For Tingling And Numbness Around The Area Of Concussion

I fell and hit my head off the floor over a month ago. I woke up with an open would that probably needed stitches. I was unconscious briefly and there definitely concussion tho not sevear. There was severe bruising and swelling and still an indentation. Over a month later the area hurts to touch. I get tingling and numbing sensations and shooting pains. Also it feels itchy at times. Should I see a doctor could this be a skull fracture?
