I landed directly on my tailbone and sits bones and now I have pain along the right side of my sacrum, the tip of my tail bone and I am experiencing tingling, numbness and a burnining sensation down my inner thigh, to the back of my knee into the front medial portion of my leg and into my big toe to the middle toe...
